Visit Your School for Verification

Visit the students' school for verification of demographic details. The school will verify your identity and initiate the APAAR ID creation process.

Parental Consent (For Minors)

If the student is a minor, parental consent is essential. Get the parental consent form, fill it out, and submit it to the school. Parents can also download the form from the official website.

Identity Verification by School

The student's identity will be verified by the school after receiving the consent form. The school then submits the information to the UDISE+ system for processing.

APAAR ID Generation & DigiLocker Upload

The Unified District Information System for Education (UDISE) generates the APAAR identity number. After verification, the APAAR ID is created and automatically stored in the student's DigiLocker account.

  2. Click login if you have an account, or register with mobile number and Aadhaar
  3. After login, click on 'Search Documents' and look for 'Academic Bank of Credits'
  4. Tap on the 'APAAR/ABC ID Card' option
  5. Enter personal and education-related details
  6. Choose the consent option and click 'Get Document'
  7. After submitting the form, your APAAR ID card will be generated
  8. Search for issued documents and download your APAAR/ABC ID Card

  6. Enter academic details: school/university name, class, course name, etc.
  7. Once you submit the form, after verification, you'll get the APAAR ID card
